Be excited by the simplest of things; a cloud in the sky, a dew drop on a leaf, the first and last rays of the sun beginning and ending the day. Let the sound of a crying/laughing child excite you to the inner core of your true being, innocent and willing.
Let each breath, each vision, each note of music and sound of voice excite the hidden element of the life experience, covered by the experiential nuances of your being. Be excited every time you open your eyes and lay your head to rest. Let being alive excite you to action.
