This week's Theme: PAUSE

Pause with care in your search for and understanding of G-D, your you and those you consider family and friends. Take the necessary time to seek the truth of the Universe, your truth. Once found, pause and allow your self to be enveloped in that truth that you may be made whole in the knowledge you find.  

Pause when it comes to allowing others in your circle of loving and caring. Not all associations and/or relationships are meant to be. When you pause to weigh the effect and affect of each new spirit which meets yours, the two will be made stronger for the truth which is exchanged.

Pause long enough to take in the beauty which surrounds you. The beauty of the flowers and grass and trees, the dog barking on the street, the children playing in the yard. Pause for a moment to recognize that there is beauty even in the ugly underbelly of life simply because it is life.
