Release your G-D, yourself and those you consider family and friends from any and all responsibility for your happiness and joy, pain and sorrow, good fortune and bad. It's really nobody's fault. Life is just that, L-I-F-E. "It" happens with a capitol "SH" and sometimes it will happen to you.

Release yourself from the guilt of past indescretions and the results of poor decisions. Release your heart from the pain of life's occurences, the hurts and atrocities inflickted upon you by others. Release their hold on you by letting go of the comfort of that pain which has become second nature to you.  Let it all go!
