We have choices each and every day and what we add to our choices are entirely in our hands. And sometimes one of the choices we make is us lying about something and then we try to back track or protect our lie so that the obvious will not be discussed or anyone will be embarassed. Lies separate us and make us feel like we are separated from ourselves. And then we have to remember them so that we can not feel like we let ourselves down, or anyone else down. Why do we do that?
