To feel self love is not an easy feeling to come by when we have been taught it is selfish, concieted, even narcissistic. To self sabotage seems to be the easier of the two at first, because we are use to seeing fear, doubt and worry control us and leave us doing things that react to fear, doubt and worry rather than our strengths that we have. Self Sabotage is a quiet little emotional that says, I have not developed my insecurities yet and I am not sure I deserve what I am seeking yet.
