Good morning, today on The Meter, we cover the first week of the Trump administration. Executive orders have dominated the news as President Trump signs orders on trade, border security, deportations, the environment, pipelines, healthcare, and refugees. Protests at major US airports are continuing as several refugees from the cited counties were detained, receiving the intervention by a federal judge. Women's rights are forefront as women held demonstrations the day after President Trump's inauguration many dressed as vaginas, wearing plastic penises, and wearing "" hats. Claiming they're worried about their rights. Is this the proper message to send to women and girls? Also, the annual Right to Life March was held on Friday in Washington, DC, obviously optimistic about the new administration and the upcoming Supreme Court nominee. Where do you stand on abortion? Also, as the political left panicked after Trump's election victory, a new leader is in demand. Who might that be and how will the democrats adjust for the future? Please join th discussion at 10:00 AM. The call-in number is 347-308-8933. Your input is essential.
