The Master Communicator’s Writing Services is launching the first annual I Love Authorpreneurs campaign on February 14, 2015. Authorpreneurs are authors who are mastering the business side of writing.
The term authorpreneurs is a fairly new term in the literary industry. It combines the words “author” and “entrepreneur” to define the 21st Century author. Jenkins states, “Authorpreneurs are a rare breed. They authentically combine two skill sets: writing and entrepreneurship, to create a space in the literary marketplace for their creativity.”
Authorpreneurs practice authorpreneurship, the business of authoring and publishing their work. Authorpreneurship is specifically when authors plan their process, create content, market and distribute their book, eBook, article or blog. On the last day of the campaign Jenkins is celebrating 15 authorpreneurs that have successfully mastered the art of Authorpreneurship in her latest release, Will the R.E.A.L. Authorprenueurs Please Stand Up?, which will be launched on February 28, 2015. The book will feature such successful authorpreneurs as Nina Amir, Joel Friedlander, Rochelle Carter, and W. Terry Whalin.
