Internet Marketing, Beading and Ilene Baranowitz

Pursuing a degree in art education led to an introduction to all aspects of crafts that Ilene loves dearly to this day.

Ilene taught art, was a professional calligrapher and graphic designer for over 35 years, designed a double-award winning product for the crafts industry and has another patent-pending product for beading waiting to go into production. She wrote a book entitled "Create Your Own Bling", published by Krause Publications and she has several Kindle books on Amazon and one ready to publish on CreateSpace.

Ilene studied social media marketing, mobile marketing, and various other internet marketing before realizing that she is happiest expressing herself creatively. She is currently completing a course for Baby Boomers to return to what they have always known and loved – their own crafts expression – to become entrepreneurs by creating and selling their creations in online shops such as Etsy and Artfire, and newer ones such as craftsu, by utilizing social media to promote and build their business.

Ilene is a big proponent of using social media sites to build both personal and business relationships – her current and future endeavors are examples of this.
