The Power of Your Words

The words we say have a lot of power in them. And yet most people walk around thinking and saying all sorts of statements without consciously realizing they are literally helping to create their life experiece. I was definitely one of these people for most of my life. 

Recently, I've experienced physical, tangible manifestations that were created directly from statements I made or beliefs I have and had been consistently reminding myself of, over and and over again. These were not all enjoyable but they showed me just how powerful our words are and how important it is to pay attention to what we say and what we think.
