Behold the land is filled full with beasts. The harlot captures children, and the pimp searches the highways. The adulterer waits to seduce the wife of another and the adulteress has a list of lovers to defile my land. Murder fills the heart of the hateful and the wicked refuse to hear the pleas for mercy. The thief robs in the daylight and the elderly are a prey to jackals and hawks. The sodomite screams with lust and the land shakes with disgust. The people lay down with demons and the land is filled with wickedness, the cries of which have come up to the heavens, into the hearing of the God of heaven. And the LORD has determined to kill the wicked in the land and to purge the fruitless. Now the officers of law are the servants of vanity; they are become pimps for the whores of socialism. How can they serve the LORD, though they vainly take an oath in the name of God? They do not know my laws, but they serve the idols of the land. They spoil the people and strong-arm the innocent; they enforce the extortion of protection money for the corporations and moneychangers. The false gods demand to rule in every part of life and they take away the children by force. My land is spoiled and the people mourn because they have no understanding.
