Cycling foot pain, numb toes, or tingling sensations can be something of great concern.  There are many causes to this problem because many different tissues can be affected and many cyclists feel lost in trying to solve this.  Podiatrist and cyclist Dr Ken Sharp, standing in for Dr Ken Rehm this week, talks about these concerns of the cyclist.  There are various concerns about the feet and perhaps these are the most apparent.

3 Common Causes of Cycling Foot Pain

  • Poor shoe fit
  • Poor cleat position
  • Pain on the outside of the feet
