Meet Carolyn Shelton- Etiquette Expert

Carolyn Shelton tells her story of flying with United Airlines and discovering the need to create an  Etiquette program for young adults that where held in private session, classrooms and in Cabrini-Green housing facility, which was in Chicago and became symbolic wiyh violence, social ills and miserable livining conditions and struck fear in many residents on the North side of Chicago.
