GAME CHANGERS ft. BASHEER JONES!

He is an Activist.  He is an Educator.  He is a Poet.  He is a Politician...and He is not.

He is Young.  He is Gifted.  He is Black.

With a radio platform (Basheer Jones and Company) that was so hearfelt, controversial, honest and informational that it's cancellation and his termination brought protestors to the radio stations doors, Basheer has always been a man whose words sear into the consciousness of all that hear him and effect change.  He is a proponent for change in Cleveland Ohio, one of the country's poorest and now, most dangerous cities as the employment rate goes down and the crime rate goes up, having run for Congress while still in his 20's in an effort to bring restitution to an area that raised him and has now gone the way of neglect. As a poet, he is recognized and appreciated on a National level.  Having heard him perform myself, there is a hush that falls over the room from his first sentence to his last.
