We have all desired a fresh start at one point or another, but sometimes opening to the new within can bring about a great sense of fear because we are afraid of changing. Buddhist thinking accepts that change is a natural part of life and that pain comes from our resistance to change. So how then can we embrace the miraculous and wonderful changes in life from a place of gratitude and consciousness instead of fear and resistance?

Change can be scary because there is the giant “UNKNOWN” looming beyond, but guess what? Instead of being afraid of what we do not know, we can instead revel in the infinite possibilities that we can create and manifest in our lives. Life is in a constant state of flux, of both creation and destruction, of building up and breaking down. The same is true for our own selves. The more we stop resisting this natural ebb and flow and instead embrace the natural cycles of our life, the more we can be in a state of ease and joy.

Join us Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 12pm to 1:00pm PST (1pm MST and 3pm EST) on The Enlightened View as we embrace change and open to the new within!
