Leading with this new vision, Deb has evolved into a Work Life Balance Specialist and created a model for revitalization, stress management and leadership success.
She provides coaching to women, men and couples and she absolutely enjoys working with companies (small to large) to assist with their EAP programs and working with their HR department to reduce and eliminate short-term disability claims and get balance back to employees and be the mediator between the employer and employee.
Deb's ultimate goal is to get ahead of the curve and educate employers about the importance of work life balance so that employees do not become so stressed, receive a medical diagnosis and go off work on short-term disability.
She also profiles a “Mom of the Month” on her website (www.debcrowe.com) with the goal of sharing, educating and showing women that we all come from different walks of life. The goal is to choose a woman from a different social economic and psycho-social perspective so that other women can relate as we all teach and help each other.
