  • Willie "Too Big" Hall is an American drummer, best known for being a member of the Blues Brothers band. Hall began his career as a drummer in 1965, while still in high school. He played with the Bar-Kays band and Isaac Hayes's band The Movement. In the seventies, as part of the Stax-Volt Recording Section Team from 1968–77, Hall backed dozens of major Stax artists on recordings, including The Emotions, Little Milton, Carla and Rufus Thomas, Johnnie Taylor, The Staple Singers, Albert King and Isaac Hayes. Hall produced Hayes' last Stax album, and did percussion on Hayes' albums Hot Buttered Soul and The Isaac Hayes Movement, as well as his Theme from Shaft.

Yes, Willie Hall will be in the studio this Friday, March 20th, 2015 at 7:00 pm(cst).  We'll talk with Willie and find out what it was like to star in such an epic classic as "The Blues Brothers Movie".  We'll also find out about what he is doing today, and what epic ventures he has planned for the future.

Also in the studio with me will be my Co-Host Sybil Marie Presley, Memphis' own Tennessee Stressbuster.   And. . .  we know that that we can count on our funny but most loved radio personality Rev. Douglas Martin.

So tune in and don't miss the action!

Word is, even the best friend of Willie Hall may show up in the studio?  Who is That????
