When dieting and exercising don’t work, or only temporarily help us release excess weight, there is only way to turn: inward. Join The DreamWorker John Vercelletto as he interviews Angelica about her own life struggle with her body and how after years of losing weight and gaining it back, she is finally at peace and 62 pounds lighter in body, spirit and mind. Angelica is a intuitive body worker, reiki practitioner, mystic, spiritual counselor and tantric guide. Most times, it was not hunger that was driving me to eat, it’s difficult or uncomfortable emotions. Food is a good way to stuff. By having a commitment to personal truth and discovering my ideal weight, instead of eating, I would confront these emotions by hitting a punching bag, letting the tears flow, meditating or simply setting an intention to eat authentically.
