Today I am talking to you about living with the awareness that everything has a spirit, and learning how to honour the spirit in everything.

Most of you will be aware that your car has a spirit - a personality - and energy that allows you to connect with it for example. Do you ever find yourself talking to your car. coaxing it along or thanking it for a comfortable journey? If the answer is 'yes' then you know what I am talking about. 

Or, you may play an instrument and may have even named your instrument. Your insturment may play well when you are in a good mood, or if your have paid repsect to it. It may not play so well if you are unkind to it. Your business also had a spirit - or your job - or the company you work for. How would you describe the spirit of your workplace?

Today I will be talking to you about buiding a relationship with the spirit of something that you may find is challenging you, or with something that you want to grow and expand. Have you ever considered buidling a relationship with the Spirit of Wind for example, or the Spirit of Winter? If you are someone who find windy days disturbing, or cold weather extrememly uncomfortable, then you may well enjoy this show and learn a thing or too.
