This show my special guest is Katrina Cavanough talking about healing our children.  You might know Katrina from Channel 7’s series, ‘The One’ as well as being intuitive Katrina is a therapist with over 20 years’ experience dealing with vulnerable children, depression and grief.  

Katrina is the creator of Happy Little Hearts – a therapeutic meditation CD for primary-aged children that allows them to quietly and safely explore their emotions and learn to deal with them in a healthy and effective manner.

Childhood and teen depression is the fastest growing mental illness in developed nations and, with the right tools our children can be taught how to heal from any situation, whether that be bullying, loss of a loved one or divorce.
