Tom and Joe welcome Caiti Donovan, Growth Strategy Lead for the WNBA, to learn about how she built a career using data to understand customer behavior. She shares how she combined her passions for data analytics and growing women's sports and how that led her to her current role with the WNBA. Caiti discusses the differences in growth strategies for women's sports leagues compared to more established sports properties and how changes to online data collection will make companies more reliant on the customers they already know about.
