Joe and Tom are joined by Santa Brito, Director of Communications at ESPN, to discuss the passion and authenticity of Hispanic Heritage storytelling, ESPN Deportes, the evolution of consumer expectation, and much more. Santa is an award-winning, bilingual Marketing and Communications executive experienced in branding and strategic marketing with 14+ years of experience in multicultural marketing, specializing in the Hispanic segment. Her expertise consists of in-depth knowledge of the Hispanic marketplace and its sub-segments, including the bi-cultural and millennial segments. Brito’s proven ability to implement culturally relevant marketing strategies utilizing digital, social as well as traditional advertising to drive business results has propelled her career at ESPN since her beginning as an intern from the Dominican Republic.
