Detailed Description: Kevin Carroll joins Tom and Joe to discuss his life experiences as an author, teacher, NBA trainer, military translator, mentor, and more. From the time he was a kid quarterbacking activities at his local playground, to turning a night of trash-talking Vlade Divac into a unique position at Nike, Kevin is adept at finding ways to get into good creative trouble and has life lessons that you won't hear anywhere else. The group discusses Kevin's time as a military translator, his passion for the power of words, and how positive psychology has changed his mindset for the better. Concluding with his thoughts on social justice initiatives, improving the student-athlete experience, and a few lessons from his time with Kobe Bryant, this is the holiday gift of knowledge that you won't want to miss!
