Joe and Tom sit down with Mike Tannenbaum, lecturer for the Columbia University Sports Management Program, ESPN Football Insider, and previously the General Manager of the New York Jets and VP of Football Ops for the Miami Dolphins.  Listen as he dives into his course at Columbia, The Business of Football, and how he is bringing the NFL to the classroom. Mike touches on his break into sports law and the industry, the importance of culture, and leadership when running an organization and the influence Bill Parcells had on him. Not only a "football guy" he talks about working with Golden State Warriors HC, Steve Kerr, and his passion to be a great coach and his commitment to being one from the start. To finish the podcast, he gives our listeners some career advice...no matter what you do...overdeliver.
