Losing your job can be very devasting to you and your family. Today we will address the feelings you go through as a result of losing your job and what options are available to you.

I lost my job of Friday and I haven't told my wife yet. She is 7 months pregnant and I know if I tell her that she will panick and possibly put our child's life at risk. So I went out the door this morning as if I still had a job. What's the best way to break the news to her?

I went to work and found out that they let me and many of my co-worker go today. I am 57 years old. I have been doing mechanic's work since I was a teenager. I don't have computer skills like the other younger people and most jobs won't hire older people like me. Add to that, I am too young to collect my Social Security Benefits. I am afraid.
