About Mary Beth

Mary Beth comes to the show from upstate NY and is a close friend to host Luca Brassy.  They go back about 10 years to 2009 when Luca became a personal trainer and Mary Beth was one of his first trainees.  She would also become one of the most memorable.  She trained under his guidance for the 2010 Body Transformation Challenge done by Gold's Gym and went on to win her age category locally.  A few weeks later, Mary Beth went on to win the entire nationwide competition and became a national champion!  Through all of this, she and Luca formed a special bond that was never forgotten.  She comes to Brassy's World now as a married mother of 2 to talk about the experience and tell what's next for her fitness journey.  Tune in!  POW!
