Jamie comes to us to discuss the fitness world and her personal journey! She has been weight lifting for 14 years and it all started after her freshman year in college with a goal of losing 25 lb. She joined her local gym, started taking Body Pump classes and also started running. She lost the weight in a short time, started also taking HIIT classes and doing metabolic weight training. She then started eating properly to also put on 20 lb of lean muscle. Her goals now are to be strong and healthy. She says that she doesn't focus so much on calories or logging food, but rather just the balance between macros (protein, carb, fat). Jamie also enjoys helping others reach their own personal fitness goals! Tune in for more. POW!
