When Rachel Harshfield became pregnant with her twins, her body went from a healthy 117 pounds and 18% body fat, to a very pregnant 176lbs. She was on bed rest most of her pregnancy and was not allowed to work out. Her muscles had lost all definition and she was convinced she would never see her healthy physique again. But...she did! Back to her pre-pregnancy weight (both her twins are now 11), feeling better than ever! Rachel has helped thousands of woman get there too, and today she shares some of her favorite tips.

Along with my nutrition and dietetic background I also am a certified fitness specialist of over 10 yrs still holding certifications from NASM , APEX, ACE and NESTA as a Nutrition consultant.
