Bruce Smith has a gift for inspiring others to action, his insight, humor and ability to connect with his audience is what makes Bruce a much sought after speaker.

Bruce was a professional football player in the Canadian Football League. Bruce was named defensive player of the year and CFL Coaches All Star and was voted as one of the top 125 Argos of all time.

In the real estate business, Bruce also excelled as the number #1 producer for six consecutive years for his company and one of the top five real estate agents in the country.

In 2000, Bruce became the Chaplain of King Bay Chaplaincy in downtown Toronto. He is the recipient of the African Canadian Achievement Award for Athletics and Community Service and the 2003 CIBC Miracle Maker Award for work with youth at risk. Bruce is also a Pastor for the Rock and River Congregation Mississauga, Ontario as well as the Chaplain for Upper Canada College’s Chapel Service for Adults.

Bruce was raised in Huntsville, Texas and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is the author of the book "Our Father, Father to the Fatherless". This book is a compelling memoir by Bruce Smith chronicling his life as a fatherless boy growing up in segregated Texas and his rise to fame and fortune as a star professional football player and real estate mogul.
