Michael Imhotep host of The African History Network show on 4-13-19 discussed the story of Johnson Publishing Co. ex-publishers of Ebony & Jet Magazine filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. What happened?  John H. Johnson founder of Johnson Publishing Company passed away in August of 2005.  In 1982 he was the first African American listed on Forbes Magazine list of the richest 400 Americans.
