Funding is a key issue in the Parent/School Choice issue observed Educational Consultant Ken Davis, to Lon March 21, 2017.  Davis is the CEO of Educational Planning & Counseling Services in Arizona and lists some of the parent education options available to parents are home school, unschooling, private schools, charter schools, voucher and magnet schools, none of which existed a few decades ago.  He asks if parents without sufficient incomes can really take advantage of these possibilities.  [Our thanks to Rich Simpson, owner of Pathways Abroad for providing our intro music]
