Author, Startup from the Ground Up,  Cynthia Kocialski is the founder of three tech companies. Cynthia has experienced many startups and has seen them from the inside out, including the day-to-day trials and tribulations, not just the milestones and status presented to passive investors and outsiders. In the past 15 years, Cynthia Kocialski has been involved in dozens of startups and has served on various advisory boards. These companies Cynthia has been involved with have collectively returned billions of dollars to investors. Cynthia Kocialski has also held various technical, marketing, and management positions at IBM and Matrox Electronics.  Cynthia has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Rochester and graduate degrees in Electrical and Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
