As a result of his work and through research, Mr. Meekins developed The Aepiphanni Process, a strategic planning and business architecture model that promotes both creativity and logic in business planning, to help business owners reduce expenses, work more efficiently, manage risk and reach aggressive revenue goals. He’s also adapted a framework in which The Aepiphanni Process exists, called the 6S hierarchy, a system of prioritizing business needs to help business leaders make less costly, more effective decisions for their businesses.
