Temperatures have started to rise in most of the country and experts have noted a trend of people renewing exercise goals and resetting motivation to get in shape for summer – a trend some are calling “Fitness New Year.”

 

Dr. James Rippe, MD – world-renowned cardiologist, founder of The Rippe Lifestyle Institute, author of The Joint Health Prescription and editor of the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine – has a number of tips to help celebrate “Fitness New Year” and help reset exercise goals. Specifically he points to:
