An entrepreneur, Chief Executive Officer, professor and prolific author, Margaret Heffernan has run five businesses in both the USA and the UK, and writes for the Huffington Post, BNET and Real Business. In 2004, Heffernan published the Naked Truth: A Working Woman's Manifesto About Business and What Really Matters. In 2007, she brought out How She Does It: How Female Entrepreneurs are Changing the Rules for Business Success. In her latest book, Willful Blindness which just launched in the UK in February 2011, she combines her many years of experience as a pioneer in women-led business with solid grounding in research to give us a new perspective and a very different take on business leadership. In the book she explores the neurobiological, psychological, social and organizational reasons why people and organizations fail to see the obvious, and the profound effect this has on both their personal and professional commitments. Join us tonight as executive coach Lisa Pasbjerg interviews this intriguing guest about her thinking on this subject, and, how it relates to today's leaders and their day-to-day challenges.
