Documentary filmaker Dawn Porter discusses her new film "Spies of Mississippi." The film examines the efforts of the Mississippi State Sovereignty Commission, a secret, state-funded spy agency answering directly to the Governor. They were created in the response to the Mississippi Freedom Summer, a major civil rights initiative designed increase Black voter registration in the state.
