Most of us have heard of the macrobiotics as a healthy eating choice.  Well today we are going to speak to an expect on the topic. Join me as we learn from Steven Acuff who began his journey of eating natural foods in 1971 with his discovery of macrobiotic food.  He studied with macrobiotic author and lecturer Michio Kushi.  He has supported hundreds on their healing journeys through macrobiotic eating.  He’s an author and lecturer.

  • A quick look at his typical food choices.
  • The energetics of food, the yin and the yang.
  • The role of bio-chemical balance as well as energetic balance. Focus on minerals, vitamins, gut health, detox.
