Iowa Courts rule in favor of PPA's

Eagle Point Solar in Iowa just won a judicial ruling in the Iowa State Court against the Iowa Utilities Board to allow power purchase agreements (PPAs). This ruling could have a nationwide impact in particular in the five states where there are laws limiting or forbidding third party PPAs.
