We explore the arguments, some which were presented at a meeting of a Parliamentary Committee Chaired by Justice Minister Delroy Chuck last week with our panel.

In the second half of the discussion segment at 5 p.m., the Health Ministry is providing accommodation for indigent persons at infirmaries and hospitals, a longstanding problem which creating a major financial and space burden.
