TuTTie's Place is a residential foster care program for adolescent males in the Baltimore, Maryland area, providing community-based residential foster care in a group home setting to adolescent boys, aged 11-21. We currently provide a home to 42 boys in five houses with our fifth house, Chelsea II, just recently opened with a 16-bed capacity. This show will feature those youth in foster care, and special guests to discuss issues of concern to today's youth.
