At times it seems as if blacks are in a permanent recession. When the rest of America is in good economic times, Black Americans are in a recession and when the country in a recession, blacks are in a depression. There are all kinds of things that contribute to blacks being recessed and depressed like unemployment and education. What can be done to change the statistics and put blacks in a more positive economic and social status?
