In 1999 Steve moved on to ELLIEMAE , now Encompass the 1st digital platform for all broker services, title, inspection, appraisal in in 2 years went from 3k websites in sales to 20,000. Then in 2001 Steve went onto the 1st Digital Real Estate new home builder sales for www.Inest.com as National Sales manager.Inest has since been sold to LendingTree. Finally as the market turned Steve went into RE/MAX as an agent/broker in the Chicago/Miami markets focusing in on High End Luxury estates and snow boirds back and fourth from Illinois to Florida.
