Workplace Intelligence (WQ) is a relatively new topic in the modern workforce.

WQ is the consideration of how the totality of your workplace is performing. It examines the value of culture, workplace climate, employee-driven performance and engagement, and leadership. It also takes a close look at an organization’s social intelligence and their ability to build a sense of community; of belonging. More importantly, WQ examines how well all these components are working collectively to drive tangible business results.

In other words, WQ takes a humanistic approach to evaluating the experience of work in your organization. After all, humans are at the forefront of everything that affects the workplace.

On Wednesday, October 25, 2017, from 1 -2 pm EST, #WorkTrends host Meghan M. Biro will be joined by Shawn Murphy, CEO of WorqIQ and Mark Babbitt, President of WorqIQ to discuss the topic of WQ and how it plays a vital part in how we work.
