The Lord promises’ those who believe and who are faithful an abundant life. He is able and He is a mighty good God. His gifts are everlasting and exceedingly and abundantly greater than we could imagine or deserve. So I dare to dream this day and stand on His word. For His word is not just for the hereafter but for the here and now. Lord Bless me and Bless all those who read this book and take it’s one principal to heart, to write the plan, make it clear and then to stand on your promise of an abundant life.
FAMILY COURT RESPONSES TO INCEST AND SEXUAL ABUSE IN CUSTODY DISPUTES
The Boston Globe just ran a story about a little girl who, for five years, was forced by the courts to live with the father who she said was sexually abusing her. The girl’s mother believed the child, and took her to the doctor, then to the psychologist, and everyone believed the girl. Then they got to the courts and that’s where the child’s life hit a very sad bottom.
Even sadder: this is happening all the time. Thousands of times. Thousands of children.
What is going on with a court system that forces children to be exposed and at risk by those who are abusing them?
Maralee McLean is a child advocate, protective parent, domestic violence expert, and author of PROSECUTED BUT NOT SILENCED: Courtroom Reform for Sexually Abused Children. Her work has been published in the ABA Child Law Journal, Women’s E-News and other publications on the problems of family courts not protecting abused children. She organized a National Rally of Mothers at the Colorado State Capitol and has been involved in legislative work that spans over two decades. She testified before Congress to promote judicial accountability to better protect sexually abused children’s rights in our courts. Maralee’s story has been covered by many media outlets and internationally on CNN.
Join us as we talk about the courts’ response to sexual abuse of children in custody disputes.

Kindred the Family Soul, also referred to as Kindred, are a duo consisting of the married couple of Fatin Dantzler and Aja Graydon. Today's show features a collection of stories and so much information that once again unfortunately I'll never be able to fit it all in to one show. But I'll share and comment on what I can. Highlights will include:
The left's move to monitor, censor, and "politically correct" speech on Twitter so the sensitive sorts can have one big safe zone.
A rebuttal to feminism and a rebuttal to Chelsea Clinton.
A little bit of a wrap up on Oregon, the Bundy family, and the BLM.
News on Ford Motor Company opening a plant in Mexico-and why it would seem the Donald is wrong on this one.
A look ahead at tonight's Republican debate.
I'll try to cover all of that on today's show, live at 4:30 Eastern time and archived after that on American Faith Today.

Today we will talk about fasting and some of the reasons why we should fast. Fasting is going without food, drinking, or anything that takes our attention and focus away from the Lord, such as television, family, work, or recreation.. We fast for various reasons. In the old testament people fasted before going to war, or when someone died, or when in distress or when they needed to hear from the Lord about a particular situation. Today we fast for some of these same reasons but mostly we fast to lose weight. If we are going on a fast during this lenten season, lets make sure that it is a fast to draw closer to the Lord and to hear from Him, to get direction, instruction or answer to questions we may have. Lets make this a time to really seek the Lords face and not His hand.
