He is a Keynote Health & Wellness Speaker, Nationally Certified Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise,Strength Coach, A graduate of Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s Nutrition Education Institute, A veteran of The United States Marine Corps (2004-2008), A veteran of The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (2008-2015). He started this health journey in October of 2011, after reaching a body-weight of 260 pounds and 30% body-fat. Utilizing the traditional diet of moderation and portion control combined with vigorous exercise, he lost 75 pounds by April of 2012. He continued losing weight until reaching 168 lbs, with 4% body-fat as of November of 2012 and reversed his high blood pressure during this time. Eating a nutrient-dense, plant-rich diet cured his frequent headaches and aching joints. In 2014, he became a Certified Personal Trainer, and in August of 2016, he became a Certified Health Coach.He decided to leave Law Enforcement to start a non-profit organization – Ministry of Wellness, Inc. The mission of his organization is to inform, educate, and motivate regarding the healing power of nutritional excellence. Why does he call himself The Minister of Wellness? Minister means “TO SERVE,” and “wellness” is the ongoing process of being healthy. His mission is to help you achieve and maintain PERMANENT health throughout your entire life.
