Natalie Randolph is a former football coach in Washington, DC and during her time as coach was believed to be the only female in the country actively coaching a boys varsity team. During her tenure as coach she was passionate about increasing the academic achievement of student athletes in low-income schools and during the first season, guided her team to increase their average GPA from 2.6 to 3.0. She served four seasons at the helm and was able to take the team to the district championship Turkey Bowl in 2011, only her second year as coach. Graduates of her program had a 100% acceptance rate into college, university, or other post secondary program and among her successful college students are those that currently attend Morehouse College, Old Dominion University, Clemson University, East Carolina University, North Carolina A&T, and the University of San Diego.
