In our 8th class we draw your attention to the act of thawing. Why? Well, our last class explored how to release. After we release unhealthy habits, toxic relationships or thoughts that trigger feelings of doubt, guilt, shame and worry for example. Do we fully release something or someone - in the moment we decide to practice release? Or is our sense of release a gradual process - a process we call thawing. In this class we’ll explore the art of thawing as well as invite you to do a powerful exercise.
