Some people run to stay in shape. Others use running for stress relief. But Ade Olude uses it for introspection. The London-born Nigerian is a vegan ultra-marathon runner... running races of up to 100 miles. Those who have had to privilege to see him 'in action,' say that he makes it look easy. After using running to cope with some of his most challenging times, Olude says that he believes that running aids with depression, disease, and lack of self-awareness. He wants people to realize the best way to get to know themselves is through isolation and running by themselves.

Also known as 'The Vegan Runner,'  Ade uses the notoriety he gains from running to promote and spread the healing and uplifting lifestyle and benefits of 'plant-based.' eating!  Spending many hours a day of 'clocking in' well over 100 miles a week; Mr. Olude eats minimally of a few pieces of fruit and water. You won't want to miss this 'Super Human's' amazing life story!
