We probably have all seen the effects that holding in your feelings about things over a long period of time can make you sick. They say that you shouldn't suppress your feelings all the time. They say that it can lead to depression, immune problems, erectile dysfunction, heart disease, gastrointestinal problems and most of all, resentment. Timing is everything though, so should you air it out everytime you get upset, or should you make sure that it's the right time to say what's on your mind, then only choose your words wisely? Have you had more experience in your life by keeping things in, or letting things out? Are you the type that keeps things in for a long time and then blow up when it gets to be too much?
