Since the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, each of us has had to deal with fear and uncertainy. We are trying to figure out how to live, work, and take care of ourselves without a clear understanding of when we can re-join our communities in person. Many of my friends and colleagues have been posting about their challenges with anxiety. Some quiet their fears with food, and this podcast tells how I have stayed anxiety free while maintaining a healthy weight during physical distancing.
