Today we have with us Ellie Pope founder of Productivity Poolside. She's an entrepreneur, coach, and productivity expert, who knows what it takes to get focused in a busy business world. 

In an earlier life, Ellie engineered telecom systems for big companies like Qualcomm, Alcatel, and Nortel.  This is where she learned to be productive, but also where she learned how stress and overwork destroy focus and cause burn out.

Today her real passion is helping women entrepreneurs engineer strategies that help them focus fully and also enjoy more time off.  To do this, she draws on a range of fields such as neuroscience, software engineering, personal coaching, organizing and eastern philosophy. The result is they make more money, with less stress, and more enjoyment.
